Just a quick 2-minute walk to a full supermarket and just across UWA campus to the Swan River. Close access to University of Western Australia (UWA), Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital (SCGH) and the Perth Children’s Hospital.

Our apartment and complex are safe and secure with a parking bay available for 1 car. Although Broadway is an older style building it is clean and well maintained.
