Our unit was well equipped and comfortable and clean.. The Units are located within walking distance to Broadway Fair shopping Centre and Hospitals also, or just a short bus ride away. Terry is a wonderful host, easily contactable if any questions arise. He was very helpful and thoughtful.

The apartment was just as described - simple but with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic for my conference at the University - a short beautiful stroll. Shops and restaurants were all close to hand.

Terry's place is a short walk to many facilities including UWA. Quiet and private, it was clean and well presented on arrival. Terry added thoughtful touches; a personal note and plenty of local information on arrival. He was quick to respond to my inquiries and I was 110% satisfied. Highly recommended. One of the few good value for money properties.

Great unit in a perfect position in Nedlands. Super close to the shops and public transport is right outside the door. The hosts, Terry and Sharon are friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to make sure we were well looked after. I would definitely stay again!

Terry's flat is exactly what we needed, a nice and comfortable place near UWA. The flat is cozy, fully equipped, close to shops and cafes, and 5 minutes walk to the UWA. Communication was easy and Terry is very nice and approachable. I would stay there again and highly recommend this place.

Renovated to a nice standard. Close to where we wanted to be and an easy bus ride into the city. Bus stops are very close and shopping center a block away. We stayed over New Year and many cafes and shops were closed for weeks but we just went further a field. Terry was very helpful and friendly.

Great location for Hollywood Hospital and no steps/hobless shower, so excellent if someone is having a knee or hip operation. All we needed for a 11 day stay. Terry very friendly and helpful.

The apartment was clean & comfortable, bathroom was big & newly refurbished. Single bed in 2nd bedroom was high to climb onto but was very comfortable. Communication was good with Hosts. Very close to a good shopping centre and a bus stop outside. Overall was happy staying there.

Terry has a great little place in a great part of Perth. It is an easy walk to the university or the Broadway shops. Terry was easy to communicate and contactable at any time of day. The apartment is as the listing describes. I had a great stay at the apartment.

An older style apartment but very well presented. Bathroom and kitchen have been renovated with great water pressure in the shower. Close to supermarket and easy to get in and out of the CBD. Would definitely stay again.

A very nice apartment with all the amenities advertised. It was clean and tidy when I moved in, and the host was friendly and very responsive to any queries I had. The area is excellent and has convenient access to shops, cafes, UWA and the waterfront. I'm very happy with my stay and would book both at this apartment and with this host again.

This property is located very centrally, in close proximity to Kings Park and the river. There are plenty of places to enjoy a nice walk from here. Public transport is very accessible, with free buses into the city (although this is walking distance, too). Woolworths is a lovely 20 minute walk down the terrace. The apartment itself is clean and has everything you need to stay here comfortably. The owner has also been very pleasant to deal with, when extending my stay. I would definitely recommend this property.

I had an amazing stay at Terry's studio room. It was modern, clean and has really cute style and decor. Close to the city and close to Kings Park where I went for a walk every single morning to start my day positively from amazing city and river views and fresh air. Overall happy!

Great little unit with a clean and comfortable renovation. Easy to get to and a great short walk to the top of the CBD. Nice neat kitchen which is easy to work in, and a good bathroom. Having Netflix and Prime Video is also a great addition.

Fantastic apartment, fully renovated and very modern and tasteful within. Location was excellent with the city just a couple of minutes stroll away. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the bed was very comfortable. Couldn't have asked for more for my stay in Perth. Would stay again and definitely recommend to others.
